You may choose an Intuitive Bodywork Session or a Massage Therapy Session. Pricing differs. Both Session treatments are effective in their own unique ways.

Intuitive Bodywork is great for a seasoned Bodywork client, or for a client looking for relief from specific physical pain. Massage Therapy is great for a first time client to Massage Therapy. Massage Therapy brings relaxation, and lowers blood pressure. It can alleviate basic tension and help reduce insomnia.

I realize that every client is different and has unique needs. For this reason, you'll fill out a brief consultation form with me before the session begins.
